Hexa Gear - Block Base 04 DX Arsenal Grid

Kotobukiya is proud to present a brand new Block Base that will transform the construction scenes of Hexa Gear. 

In addition to panel units, this set contains a newly sculpted “Crane Unit”, “Girder Unit”, and “Running Rail Unit”. Combined with the included 75mm×150mm wall and floor base plates, users can create a base or factory with a crane using this kit alone. 

Model Specifications:

• The “hoist” of the Crane Unit uses real metal chains, and cargo can be transported up and down using the included rod.
• The Crane Unit can slide horizontally or vertically by attaching to the Girder Unit and Running Rail Unit. Multiple Girder Units and Running Rail Units can be connected together to fit your block base.
• A hook and an eyebolt (a hanging ring) are included to attach items to the crane. The eyebolt is compatible with products that use a 3mm connection joint for users to hang onto the hook and suspend on the crane.
• The Crane Unit can be displayed by itself or as part of heavy machinery using its 3mm connection point. 
• The size of the floor and wall panels are set at 75mm×150mm. Freely set the panels horizontally or vertically to create the stage of your choosing.
• The included four types of attachments will allow you to be able to construct flooring and walls of your choosing, and also create barricades or multiple floors when using multiple attachments.
• More possibilities are made possible for creating settings if you combine with the DX Head Quarters set, Panel Option A, and/or Lift Option A; all sold separately.

Hexa Gear News - Block Base 05 Crane Option

The long-awaited crane has been added to the Hexa Gear Block Base series.

This set includes the “Crane Unit”, “Girder Unit”, and “Running Rail Unit”. By combining these units with other separately sold Block Base sets, users can recreate scenarios like Hexa Gear assembly. Let’s create your own original base or factory!

Hexa Gear Block Base - Fence Plate and Slat Plate Option (Expansion Part)

Kotobukiya Hexa Gear Twitter has posted a new expansion part for the block base. We should be expected the official announcement and more images tomorrow. For now, the translation name for the expansion parts is fence plate and slat plate.

Hexa Gear - Blockbase 01: DX Headquarters

The product concept is a 1/24 scale extended base set. The theme is scene production, and it supports various scene productions such as battles and briefings using the Governor and Hexa Gear, and machine maintenance scenes. A variety of options, including stairs and lifting lifts, can be used to create a hex hangar or battlefield for governors to fight. The DX headquarters comes with accessories and a sentry gun that direct various operation scenes such as large monitors, chairs, and control panels.

Hexa Gear - Blockbase: 02 Panel Option A / 03 - Lift Option A

The Blockbase 02 - Panel Option A and 03 - Lift Option A is an extended set or additional pack sold separately for DX Headquarters expansion and customization.

Panel Option A, which is an additional pack, supports an expansion of the base by setting two panels each and two basic joint parts. The base plate comes has a 75mm x 150mm size for plain floors and walls with details and hexagram-compatible attachments. The floor and walls can be rearranged either horizontally and vertically including building barricades, hierarchical structures, and mezzanine floors. *Retail price: 2,500 YEN (incl. tax)

The Lift Option A comes with two sets of lift runners, two sets of stair runners, and two types of joint parts to support base expansion and customization. The lift plate can be adjusted to ascend or descend by hand manually. *Retail price: 2,200 YEN (incl. tax)
