Where did you find the info that this is a Kotobukiya Shop limited?

The Kagatsuchi was one of my first Frame Arms and I REALLY want to get my hands on these kits :<
Well, you can see the red box near the melee spec CG mentioning going to be shop limited. The only place so far carrying these limited stuff is Hobby Locus @ http://stores.ebay.com/hobbylocus/Frame-Arms-/_i.html?_fsub=2081908015&_sid=777138365&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322
