Frame Arms Mechanic - YSX-24RD/GA Zelfikar/GA

[OEM SPECIFICATION]

The YSX-24RD (Zelfikar) is a prototype of YSX-24 based on the SX project, which was rolled out in Cloud Century (CC) on January 213 as an additional armor plan for Baselard. It was supposed to be a testbed for equipment (blast shield), in anticipation of lunar warfare, but this was ostensibly due to the circumstances surrounding the SX project at the time, and its true purpose was to defeat the variable NSG-X2 (Hresvelgr = Ater) on the lunar side. As a result, Zelfikar will continue to operate and upgrade after completing the armor test.

The version called "Gust Arrow (GA)" was introduced in the ground counterattack operation that was carried out in August 213, shows a significant mobility improvement in close combat by a complete update of the propulsion unit and control system avionics which has been a problem since the time of the “Pre-test specification”. It can be said that this GA was the completion of the main body performance. However, on the armament side, the plan of the Beryl Weapon installation was not in time, and a modified version of Baselard's armament was provisionally equipped. As a result, the battle against Hresvelgr = Ater, which took place at this time, remained inconclusive, and since then the FA has been upgraded with a focus on strengthening its armament.

[HISTORY]

After the Zelfikar saw the completed version of YSX-24RD/NE (Zelfikar NE), and GA ended up its role serving as an intermediate specification. In CC215, after the war, a FA of the same type reappears again. In the "Liberta Mayhem" that divided the Earth defense mechanism into two Gaff, who fell into a military disadvantage due to the introduction of Liberta's Kongo and the Red Falx(?). They decided to build Zelfikar as a countermeasure of the predicament.

The Gaff OEM specification version has the same appearance as GA, but it is slightly inferior in performance from the original due to the variation in parts accuracy of the Baselard "pre-equipment" and the Blast Shield used.

[ARMANMENTS]

• Segment Rifle Kai (IR-PX9) - A modified version of Baselard's main weapon. With the development of the ATCS(barrier-penetrating bullet), the original 2-gun barrel was integrated into one, and the power and effectiveness of the TC shield were greatly improved. Energy saving is also being carried out at the same time, and it is possible to"shoot 2" which was difficult with the old version.

• Brescia Dagger II - A blade added to the lower part of the rifle. It was designed to respond to close combat against NSG-X2 (Hresvelgr = Ater), but it is more of an emergency defense rather than use as an attack. Depending on the situation, the blade angle can be changed, and the surface is coated with anti-optical paint so that it can withstand beryl weapons for a very short time.

• ABSA Unit - A shield oscillator that deploys a local barrier on the front of the aircraft. It is a device that mimics the Freswerk TCS oscillator, but the operation is not stable, and the problem has not been solved in GA. For this equipment to reach the practical level, it will take time until the Bulcher requisition, which will be an opportunity for the earth side to acquire full-scale TC technology.

[UNIQUE TYPES OF EQUIPMENT]

• Photon Booster / Thrust Armor - The propulsion unit installed throughout the fuselage improved power and energy efficiency by retrofitting the internal parts from Jidao, which was in the process of production. The thruster armor is a composite unit that has both armor and propulsion functions and is a space-saving Type-S, a type-G that emphasizes defense, and a shield type that was originally developed for Baselard.
