Bandai Order Gunpla Sales at Ami-Ami and Hobby Search

Last two months I wrote a post regarding the model kits scalper problem in Japan. Never thought the situation becoming so terrible in Japan, the locals are calling out Bandai to do something. They already got two well known online toy shops to stopped Gunpla sales to oversea buyers. It's hard to say how many targeted online shops in Japan Bandai plan to issued no exporting decree. I visited the Banzai Hobby website to check it out and so far their Gunpla category is still up. HLJ is already aware of the situation and they posted the answer on Twitter.

Kotobukiya is surely not affected by local scalpers since they have more control over how their products are sold through from their own shops. Mandarake on the other hand, still selling at a higher retail price even though they are not a scalper shop.
